Owner and head chef Eric Edney was born in Kolbnitz, Kärten, Austria and received his culinary training in Europe, where he was worked like a mule by angry master chefs, a time-honored European tradition he proudly keeps alive in his own kitchen. In his spare time, Eric enjoys rustling cattle, robbing banks
and plotting to take over the world. Hes also afraid of ladybugs. Recently, Eric has begun teaching a Culinary Essentials class through the Valley Center Regional Occupational Program. A self-confessed gearhead, Eric is in the process of restoring a 1949 Mercury and a 1966 Ford Bronco...maybe for the next Cruisin Grand?
